We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. When you donate: your name, email, phone (optional), PAN, address and the amount. When you contact us, volunteer or join the directory: the details you enter in that form.

Why. To process your donation and email your 80G receipt; to report donations to the Income Tax Department as the law requires (Form 10BD, with PAN and address); to reply to you; and to keep our accounts.

Payments. Razorpay processes payments under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.

Sharing. We do not sell or share your details, except with the Income Tax Department and other authorities when the law requires it, and with Razorpay to process your payment.

Keeping your data. We keep donation records as long as tax and accounting law requires. You may ask us to correct your details or to delete details we no longer need: please contact us.
