Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are grateful for every donation. Donations are voluntary and, once received and used for our work, are not normally refundable.

Mistakes. If you donated by mistake, paid twice or entered a wrong amount, please contact us within 7 days with your receipt number. We will refund the amount to the account it came from, usually within 7 to 10 working days after approving it, and cancel the 80G receipt.

Failed payments. If money left your account but the payment did not complete, your bank or Razorpay normally returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If not, please contact us with the date and amount.

No cash refunds. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
